HIPAA Business Associate Agreement

TailoredGRC's HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is a binding contract that governs how TailoredGRC, acting as a Business Associate, handles Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of Covered Entity customers in accordance with HIPAA's Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules. It supplements the Services Agreement (Terms of Service).

TailoredGRC is not currently processing PHI; the BAA is executed alongside the Services Agreement when a healthcare customer engages TailoredGRC with PHI-processing intent.
