Data Processing Addendum

TailoredGRC's Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is a binding contract that governs how TailoredGRC processes personal information on behalf of customers under applicable U.S. data protection laws, including the CCPA (as amended by CPRA) and other U.S. state privacy laws. It defines TailoredGRC's obligations as a Service Provider and supplements the Services Agreement (Terms of Service). The DPA is provided to customers as part of the contracting process and is executed alongside the Services Agreement.
