Modern Slavery and Anti-Trafficking Statement

1. Introduction and scope

TailoredGRC is a United States–based, pre-launch business-to-business software company. This statement sets out the steps TailoredGRC takes, and commits to take, to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its operations and supply chain. TailoredGRC is committed to conducting business ethically and acting with integrity in all of its relationships. This statement is not required by law at TailoredGRC's current scale; it is published as a reflection of our values and to establish responsible practices as the company grows.

2. Organization and supply chain

TailoredGRC currently operates as a solo-founder organization and has not yet commenced production customer engagements. Our supply chain consists primarily of established United States–based technology providers that support delivery of our services: Netlify, Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, Cloudflare, Google Workspace, and GitHub. Each maintains its own published policies and operates within United States legal and regulatory frameworks. TailoredGRC does not operate physical manufacturing or labor-intensive supply chains of the kind most commonly associated with modern slavery risk.

3. Policies relating to modern slavery

TailoredGRC will not knowingly engage with any vendor, supplier, or partner reasonably known to be involved in modern slavery or human trafficking. Vendor selection considers each provider's reputation and published policies, including their own commitments to ethical and lawful labor practices.

4. Due diligence

At TailoredGRC's current scale, due diligence consists of evaluating prospective vendors' reputation and publicly available policies before engagement. As the company grows and its vendor relationships expand, TailoredGRC is committed to formalizing and expanding its vendor risk assessment processes, including consideration of modern slavery and human trafficking risk.

5. Risk assessment

TailoredGRC assesses its current modern slavery risk as low. Our supply chain is composed exclusively of technology and software-service providers operating within the United States, rather than goods, manufacturing, or labor-intensive sourcing where such risk is concentrated.

6. Training

TailoredGRC does not currently employ staff beyond its founder. As the team grows, TailoredGRC is committed to incorporating anti-trafficking and ethical-sourcing awareness into employee onboarding.

7. Effectiveness measures

TailoredGRC is committed to reviewing and, where appropriate, updating this statement on at least an annual basis to reflect changes in its operations, supply chain, and applicable obligations.
